Nanny Requirements: 

  • 17 years or older

  • Minimum of 2 years providing direct care to children

  • 2 verified professional references

  • 2 verified personal references

  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification

  • Social media and character check

  • Consenting to a comprehensive background check through GoodHire upon job offer

NANNY SERVICES

OCCASIONAL CARE

Occasional care Nannies have met our basic qualifications, and are matched for a specific date and time. You will be matched with one provider per shift. Occasional care is appropriate for shifts where the provider will not be spending the night at your home.

  • $20 matching fee per occasion

  • $35 last minute matching fee (within 24 hours or outside of normal business hours)

  • Occasional care placements are not guaranteed. Payment will be due at the time of placement.

NANNY

Nannies are fully invested in your child's well-being and development. They take full involvement in the mental, physical and emotional growth of the children they care for. Typical roles include creating safe and stimulating daily schedules, providing children meals and meal clean up, driving to and from activities, assisting with homework, and keeping children's areas tidy. Families are matched with at least two prospective nannies for parents to interview. Placement begins on the date the contract is signed.

  • $300 non-refundable deposit to begin your search (to be applied to your final placement fee) 

  • Final placement fee:

    • For contracts lasting 1+ year, 5% of Nanny's gross annual income

    • For contracts lasting less than 1 year, 6% of Nanny's gross annual income

  • 90 day free replacement period

  • $500 minimum

HOUSEHOLD MANAGER

Household managers are responsible for everything a nanny does, and then some. Household managers often assist with light house cleaning and organizational tasks, such as tidying, laundry, pet care, running errands, grocery shopping, managing household staff, and transportation to appointments. Contracts outline clearly a household manager’s job description, agreed upon by both parties. 

  • $300 non-refundable deposit to begin your search (to be applied to your final placement fee)

  • Final placement fee:

    • For contracts lasting 1+ year, 7% of Nanny's gross annual income

    • For contracts lasting less than 1 year, 8% of Nanny's gross annual income

  • 90 day free replacement period

  • $500 minimum 

LIVE-IN NANNY

A Live-In Nanny is provided room and board, plus any other agreed-upon provisions (such as food) in addition to their full nanny or household manager rate. Live-In nannies provide all of the benefits as a traditional nanny or household manager, as defined by their contract. Live-in nannies have clearly-defined job descriptions and schedules, outlined in their contracts and agreed upon by both parties. 

  • $300 non-refundable deposit to begin your search (to be applied to your final placement fee)

  • Final placement fee:

    • For contracts last 1+ year, 13% of Nanny's gross annual income

    • For contracts lasting less than 1 year, 12% of Nanny's gross annual income

  • 90 day free replacement period 

OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER

Overnight caregivers have met our basic qualifications, and are matched for a specific date and time. You will be matched with one provider per shift. Caregiver will spend the night at your home, and be provided sleeping accommodations as agreed upon by both parties.

  • $25 per night

SUMMER NANNY

Summer nannies are contracted to provide care while your children are on summer break. Summer nannies sign a 3-month contract, variable to your school’s calendar. 

  • $300 non-refundable deposit to begin your search (to be applied to your final placement fee)

  • Final Placement Fee:

    • 3-month contract, $850
